Halal Cuisine Cooking Class October 2010 in Tokyo
Halal Cuisine Superlicious Singapore & Malaysia cooking menu for October 2010 class in Tokyo Japan
Course A - 6000yen including ingredients - Minimum 4 person per class
1) Welcome Drink - Juice or Cold Tea Oocha
2) Main dish : Nasi Goreng Hijau (Green fried rice)
3) Side dish : Rendang Kicap (Malay Black sweet sauce with chicken or meat)
4) Dessert : Bubur Kacang (Green Bean Porridge with coconut milk)
5) Tea Susu or Coffee
Course B - 5000yen including ingredients - Minimum 4 person per class
1) Welcome Drink - Juice or Cold Tea Oocha
2) Main Dish - Malay Fried Noodles (Malay Yakisoba)
3) Side Dish - Roti John (Bread dip fried with tuna & eggs)
4) Dessert - Upside Down Pineapple Cake
5) Tea Susu or Coffee
Course C - 6000yen including ingredients - Minimum 4 person per class
1) Welcome Drink - Juice or Cold Tea Oocha
2) Main Dish - Mee kari ayam (Malay Curry Noodles)
3) Side Dish - Epok-epok (Curry puff)
4) Dessert - Pandan cupcake with coconut filling
5) Tea Susu or Coffee
If the class requested to be in the student's home there will be a transport & service charge from 4000yen & above depends on the location. NB:Pictures maybe a bit different from the actual dish. Date: 17 Oct 2010 (Sunday), 31 Oct 2010 (Sunday) or any dates you prefer.
